· Providing excellent customer service to staffs, residents, visitors, and suppliers
· Reception Support e.g. Cover reception when required, answering the phone, greeting, and checking in visitors and contractors, mail direction, filing.
· Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations
· Human Resources Support
· Organize candidate interviews.
· Arrange applicant reference checks.
· Staff on boarding and off-boarding – setting up staff profile,
· Prepare employment agreement and associated paperwork for all new employees.
· Ensure signed contract is received prior to the person commencing with CaSPA Care.
· Conduct new staff induction.
· Point of contact of new and existing staff
· Maintain staff registers.
· Obtain qualification certificates for all new applicants and ensure that all staff documents remain current. E.g. Police Checks, Qualification registration, mandatory training.
· Assist staff in NDIS Screening Check Application.
· Process Police Checks.
· Registering/Trouble shooting employees finger scan problems.
· Maintain up to date employee administration files.
· Ensure all required recordkeeping is adhered to and recorded in a timely manner.
· Maintaining staff education calendar.
· Maintain staff training database.
· Coordinate Staff Education.
· Assist in updating/maintaining organization website as required.
· Assist in Residential Relationship Manager with Admission inquiries, facilities tour, agreement preparation, liaise with appropriate personnel and resident exit process.
· Cover Residential Relationship manager duties when on leave.
· Other administrative duties as required.
