Branch Manager - Sales and Operations

I have been working in sales and operations for over 10 years, in retail and dealership. I handled 29 branches as Area Manager in Central Visayas, overseeing the day to day operations, monitoring their sales, creating strategies to improve the area performance and making sure that these are implemented. Currently, I am managing the sales and operations of the first big bike store in General Santos City in the Philippines. I collaborate with our marketing department for above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities to improve our branding and image in the area, creating demands to generate application and convert to sales, pre-screening the applications, monitor their status on different accredited financing partners. I also monitor the after sales customer service, make sure that customer needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchase.
