Overall 10 years experience in the field of Engineering - 5 years in Facilities Management, 3 years in Safety Management, with overlapping 6 years of experience in Electrical Design.

Handled residential, commercial, and BPO projects. Knowledgeable in electrical codes, design requirements, engineering (MEPF) plans interpretation, and electrical installation supervision. Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, and ETAP software.

Experienced in facilities operations, equipment maintenance, and safety (EHS) management. Handled teams of engineering technicians and housekeeping personnel, and other soft services. Good with customer relations, managing KPIs and SLAs, and communication with clients and stakeholders (local and overseas).

Familiar with local government requirements, processing, and monitoring of various statutory permits and certificates such as LGU, BFP, PEZA, DENR, DOLE, and ISO standards.
