With my previous job, I have acquired skills like attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with various types of data. While it may seem like a repetitive task, it played a crucial role in maintaining, organizing, and accurately gathering data for businesses and organizations. I have developed skills in typing, data organization, and familiarity with software tools to efficiently complete tasks assigned to me.

Through the years of working in an office environment, i have developed the skill on how to effectively communicate thus acquiring Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills which are crucial for effectively conveying information and resolving customer issues via email and chat. Clear and concise writing, proper grammar, and professional language are important. I have also acquired Active Listening skills. Being able to actively listen and understand customer concerns. This involves paying attention to details, asking clarifying questions, and empathizing with customers to provide appropriate solutions. With this i was able to developed Problem-Solving Abilities: This involves finding solutions within company policies or escalating complex problems to higher-level support if needed. Above all I am also a Multitasker: Email and chat support often involve handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. My ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is crucial to ensure timely responses and effective support.
