We have a high volume of outbound cold-calling contacts to find people that qualify, we asked qualifying questions and if they are qualified for the program then we set an appointment if they are not available real time, or the call needs to be transferred to the specialist which based in the US.
My office-based experience was a Technical Support in 1 of the biggest Telco providers in the US.
I stayed in the account for 3 years, handled technical issues, and became one of the GTMG (Global Ticket Management Group) in which handling escalations, unresolved/chronic technical issues.
I’ve been to a different segment of Portal Group who handles email complaints from customers, Dispatch Group and Resolution Management.
Working in a different segment enhanced my ability to work under pressure that includes handling objections and analyzing the problem to resolve customer’s issue of calling.
I'm knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, adobe photoshops fluent in English and Filipino, with good interpersonal skills and can easily establish rapport among people I'm working with, willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision.
