With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, I meticulously review and validate various types of data inputs, ensuring they meet predefined standards and requirements.
My primary responsibilities include:
Provides work direction to associates to ensure quality standard are met.
Prepares weekly individual quality reports.
Participates in analysis to meet required operational standards and performance levels.
Documents issues as needed and ensures adherence to policy and procedures.
Monitors complete maintenance of reference data (Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organization) as essential for US databases.
Performs ad hoc data analysis and participates in various process improvement as needed.
Validation and QA/QC - Perform validation checks for operational process and data inputs/outputs.
Conduct quality assurance functions and analysis of existing processes and ad hoc projects for process improvements as needed.

Before I was promoted to Data Verification Specialist. My previous Job Position is SR REFERENCE FILE MAINTAINER ASSOC for Team Data Governance and Stewards my roles and responsibilities are as follow:
Complete maintenance of reference data (Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations) as essential for US Production.
Perform research such as Internet search, Database matches etc. to gather information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of BMS reference data.
Receive and respond to Client Data Inquiries.
Critical analysis and trend analysis in providing accurate data to the client.
Follow standard practices and business procedures.
Match internal and external data through primary research and data management policies; analyze and fix data.
Performs ad hoc data analysis and participates in various process improvement as needed.
Manage workflow process of tickets, resolve tickets based on systems and business rules.
Responsible for complying with the internal quality standard.
Validate that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data that should result in an update, creation, or deletion in existing data.
Ensure data cleanup of databases related to the client’s data.
Perform functions as directed by the supervisor and local office project lead.
And prior to that, I also once a Data Analyst for Team Client Flex my Roles and Responsibilities are:
Performing research (e.g. internet search, phone calls, source books, etc.) to gather information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of IMS reference data.
Solicits information from other IMS departments to identify when and how to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to make the reference files more complete.
Receive input to the reference process from other IMS production processes.
Validates that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data and recommends changes, additions, or deletions in IMS’ existing reference data.
Identifies required changes to the existing reference file.
Updates IMS reference file(s) and databases
Produces files and outputs for specified production and quality control processes, client support activities, etc.
Respond to queries on reference data (as required), referring difficult queries to team leader.
Sending weekly DVC report to US local counterpart
With a strong background in data validation methodologies and a keen eye for detail, I am adept at conducting thorough quality checks to identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in datasets.
