I experienced being a front desk, taking inbound and outbound calls to schedule patients, making chart for a new patients. Also my recent task were Insurance verification, I check insurance eligibility of patients in different websites and sometimes calling insurance to double chcek their coinsurnace, copays and deductibles. Calling patients with inactive insurance to inform was also my task.
