Setting up/Maintaining XERO, QuickBooks, and MYOB files including:     
1.Customized Chart of Account     
2. Upload Historical Transactions from Bank Data     
3. Assist with setup of any bank feeds as possible      
4. Customized Reporting

Daily Bookkeeping including but not limited to the following:      
1. Recording of cash receipts/income from bank deposit      
2. Recording of cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions     
3. Recording of interbank transfers or from any payment gateway (e.g. PayPal, Wise, etc.)      
4. Recording of manual adjusting entries      
5. Bank reconciliation and credit card to statements     
6. Creating Bills, Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Purchase Order, Quotations

Monthly financial reporting and closing including:     
 1. Balance Sheet      
 2. Income Statement (Profit and Loss)      
 3.  Month-to-month comparisons
