I maintain documentation for all accounts payable and purchases by preparing payments, accruing expenses for rentals and per contract agreement. Preparing and keeping check vouchers, checks and all records in a timely manner. Checking payroll file, report vat and withholding taxes for BIR compliance. create bills for rentals, issuing invoices and official receipts, assisting accounting manager and co-employees as needed. Most importantly provides weekly reports to the management.

In a real estate company I experienced for almost two years schedule appointments of the buyer and agents. Records complaints concerning sales and services. Making outbound calls to the clients regarding their concerns and follow up solutions.
