Transaction Coordinator: 

Facilitate the smooth progression of real estate transactions, prepare the Purchase & Sale Agreement through Dotloop, ensuring meticulous organization of all related files. This involves inputting all client information into the CRM system, creating transactions, and uploading all necessary documents for compliance within the transaction management system. I ensure all required forms are completed, properly signed, and initialed in accordance with compliance standards. I send and request documents as needed, keep all parties updated, and maintain accurate records by regularly updating the CRM.

Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant:

I handled loan processing for a client's hard money lending business. This involved collecting required documents for loan applications, running background checks, coordinating with Title Companies, replying to email inquiries, data entry, preparing monthly billing statements, and ordering appraisals.

Before my real estate experience, I spent seven years in the BPO industry. I worked for Cigna Health Care for four years as a Health Care Provider Specialist and Member Services Chat Specialist, and for GMAC Mortgage for three years as a Customer Service Associate.

- Prepare rental contracts and ensure deposit receipt before the tenant’s move-in date.

Construction Manager:
- Oversee properties for Fix and Flip projects.
- Schedule and find contractors for construction work orders.
- Arrange appraisals to ensure profitability before purchasing properties.
- Schedule professional photography once properties are ready to be sold.
- Prepare MLS listing sheets and gather necessary information.
- Communicate with brokers for listed property status.
- Ensure inspection items are completed before property turnover.
