As a secretary in an Insulation Supplier company, My role is to provide administrative support specific to the operations of the insulation business. Include managing orders, measuring/computing the total sqm to see the total qty needed, coordinating deliveries(bookings courier, coordinate to warehouse), handling customer inquiries/follow ups quotations related to insulation products, and assisting with inventory management, i also look for those prospective clients.
As a front desk clerk in a printing services company, i serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking printing services.My responsibilities may include greeting customers, processing printing orders, providing information on printing options, measuring and pricing, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively within the printing services environment.
