I worked for the BPO industry for almost 10 years, I started as a customer service representative for an Online Retail account; mainly walking customers through on how to process their online orders. After that I was transferred to a Business to Business account wherein we create company profiles used for background checking. Then, I worked for a Telecommunications company based in the US; we do end to end processes (bill breakdown, upgrading there devices, technical support, etc). I also have experiences in Sales, we were expected to sell a coverage plan for their devices and meet monthly quotas. Last year, I started my Virtual Assistant journey and so far this is the best experience that I had. I do cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting as well for a Real Estate Company.

One of the easiest tasks and what we need to do is to make sure we have customer engagement and knows our product very well in that way we can meet the clients expectations.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I love cold calling. This is my very first experience as a Virtual Assistant and I have learned a lot from my previous employer. With minimal supervision I can assure you results.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
This is by far the most challenging role that I had but the incentives are very inviting and rewarding.
