• Monitor productivity and quality of the project. Ensure both metrics goal is achieved. • Daily communication with the project manager for the status of the project and needs. • Design incentive scheme if necessary to independent contractors to achieve productivity goal. • Coordination with other department like qualification to acquire enough headcount. • Manages and resolves tickets on a timely manner. • Provides project report: daily productivity report, lost hours and Max Bill status.

I am a former Quality Assurance Specialist before I became a Team manager. During my time in quality team, below are my responsibilities. • Audits sampling. Ensure quality target is achieved. • Consolidate and send quality reports • Coaching and providing feedback to planners for quality improvement • Monthly calibration and MTD presentation with the team leaders and clients • Provide training and orientation to new quality assurance specialist for the role and responsibilities

Way back when I was a sales administrator, below are my roles and responsibilities: • Maintains database leads and contacts. • Provides assistance to sales agent by giving leads and sales kits • Provide assistance to sales and marketing manager • Communicate and provide marketing promotion to online booking agent

I have been using excel since 2008 when I was a Sales Administrator. I know some basic formula and shortcuts

Since 2009 I do communicate with customer, client and to my people when I was a Team manager. Until now, I also communicate with raters of our project through ticketing. Within the organization, we are using Microsoft Teams.

When I was part of the Financial Closing and Reviewing, we do audit for the events conducted by medical representative. We make sure that the event is compliant by checking the receipt and computing the cost per person of the event. We also audit speaker expenses and make sure that it is within the business rules guidelines.

One of the tool we are using in Appen is Zendesk. We use this tool for ticket resolution.

One of the tool we are using in Appen is Jira. Since I was hired, we use this tool to communicate with other department for a particular task.

Way back when I worked as a Sales administrator who maintains our database. I make sure that every information or data I process is accurate. I also processed data when I was a Research Analyst and a Logistics Planner.
