- Customer Chat Support 
As a part of my job, I used to provide online demonstrations to educate customers on the features of our products and help sources available online. I always made sure to promptly resolve any issues within the company's policies and procedures. Apart from that, I investigated and resolved concerns related to accounting, services, and delivery, and kept myself updated with the latest information on product and service changes.

- ORDER FULFILLMENT|ORDER PROCESSING                                                              
It is crucial for any business to manage its inventory, supply chain, and order processing. Quality control and customer support are equally important and require attention. In case of any issue, customers may need to report it and request product exchanges or returns, which is the company's responsibility to process and deliver orders to them. The process starts when a customer places an order and ends when they receive it. In case a buyer wants to return a product, the order fulfillment team is responsible for managing the return transaction.

- PRODUCT LISTING                                                                                                 
As a content writer for listings, your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling descriptions, optimizing content for online search, and designing a user-friendly layout. You will also be tasked with improving existing listings to boost sales and ratings and conducting research and analysis to ensure our products are easily discoverable online. It is crucial that you have a solid understanding of the product you are writing about to accurately convey its features and benefits.        

- DATA ENTRY                                                                                                                       
Data transfer is done either manually or by using scanners. They manually enter customers' information and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at various stages of the process. They input text-based and numerical information from source documents and make necessary changes to existing data figures in digital databases. They also provide occasional administrative support and sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically. They review data for errors or deficiencies and assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry. They provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis and type in data quickly and efficiently.
