Profile Description

Hi, I'm Upgrade to see actual info from Cebu, PH and I have experience working for an eLearning provider as a Customer Support Specialist, and I am hoping to build my career in customer/product/technical support and hopefully work for eLearning or SAAS companies.
My experience from my previous customer support role equipped me with the training and knowledge on how to respond to various customers about the company product, product training, write processes and knowledge based articles, collaborate with various departments, suggest product improvements to our dev team, and conduct after sales support or troubleshooting thru zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings. From my previous work, I learned how to use Hubspot service hub, and also a little bit of marketing thru writing newsletters.
I also have a background in accounting and I have experience working as a bookkeeper, along with knowledge using Quickbooks and Xero.
I am ready to be your next Customer Support Specialist, or to be your next jack-of-all trades. Please let me know if my skillset suits best with the roles you are seeking.
