I commenced my professional journey in Customer Service, gradually evolving into the role of Complaint Manager, where I adeptly addressed various types of complaints over a span of three years. Following this, my career took a turn as I transitioned to the position of Sales Consultant for a brief three-month period. Subsequently, I was approached by a manager who redirected my path to become a Fulfillment Manager. In this capacity, my responsibilities included overseeing the completion of client projects and coordinating with external entities when necessary. I successfully held this role for one year and six months.
Later, I joined a startup company where my expertise was utilized to establish efficient processes for project management. Focused on expediting projects without compromising quality, I took on the role of Brand and Marketing. In this capacity, I sought out and collaborated with Radio Anchors, TV Hosts, and well-known personalities to enhance our clients' products. This has been my primary role ever since.
Through this experience, I honed my skills as a proficient content writer, acquired basic knowledge of video editing, and demonstrated competence in managing various social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, I familiarized myself with basic graphic design tools like Canva, and mastered advanced tools such as Adobe InDesign and Filmora. My proficiency extends to essential software applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
