Working as a Spanish bilingual Customer service representative for almost 9 years now. Fluency in Spanish and English: To be effective in communication with customers in both languages. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to understand and address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key in customer service. As a Bilingual agent I should be able to express myself clearly and empathetically in both languages. Active Listening: Understanding customer concerns and questions requires active listening. As a Bilingual agent I should be adept at listening carefully to ensure they grasp the customer's needs.
