I manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter, handling content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. I ensure brand consistency, interact with audiences, and optimise posts for reach and engagement. My goal is to maintain an active online presence that drives growth and visibility.

I have experience in graphic design, primarily using Canva to create visually appealing content for social media, landing pages, and promotional materials. My focus is on designing graphics that align with branding guidelines while effectively engaging the target audience. In my role, I have worked on content countdown posts, social media visuals, and marketing assets, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and impactful. I also pay close attention to typography, colour schemes, and layout to enhance readability and engagement. While I am not a full-time graphic designer, I have developed a strong understanding of design principles and how they apply to digital marketing. I continuously refine my skills by exploring new design techniques and trends to produce high-quality visuals.

I can do copy-and-paste. I am an expert when it comes to data research. I know how to use Google Workspace very well. I can multi-task, and I am also a fast learner. I've been a fraud analyst in the past, and my main work is to do research and also investigate. I also worked as a virtual assistant, and what I do is cold call, set up appointments for interested clients, and generate leads using social media accounts and data entry.
