The longest company I've stayed was with Amazon for almost 3 years as Retail associate but then transitioned to a Resolution Specialist assisting escalation and as floor support for new hires. I also had a Training experience with Amazon under a Training Assistant role handling new hires and admin tasks & collaborating with other Senior Trainers as well as contributing to making materials. With my Resolution specialist experience, I learned how to practice leadership skills & de-escalating issues and come up with different resolutions.
