I've work with BPO for more than 6 years, started as Technical Support for Broadband Services and that includes Customer service task which handles billing statement, been part of chat support representative as well, and collection department that negotiates settlement.
Currently I am working as Administrative staff as order fulfillment officer where I evaluate job orders prior to gave approval, I am looking for part time / full time job at night shift. I am a trustworthy and hardworking person, I am good in analyzing issues and providing appropriate solution base on tools given.
I would like to work as Freelancer to gain more knowledge and help myself to earn more while continue building my confidence and at the same time be part of a growing Virtual Assistant career. I had Completed PRO VA general virtual assistant training and received a certificate and still in training to improved my skills as Virtual assistant.
