Reviewing and responding to member requests by adhering to specific criteria, ensuring that only eligible individuals are accepted into the group, while also declining requests thatdo not meet the established criteria. Evaluating pending posts within the client's
Coordinating Meetup events centered around real estate, particularly offering Bootcamps and Coaching sessions as services provided by my client. These events cater to individuals seeking insights into entering the real estate industry, as well as realtors looking to deepen their understanding of the field. Compiling an attendance report for participants in the coaching session and subsequentlydelivering the report to my client. Evaluating recorded conversations between my client and their customers, and providing detailed reports summarizing the discussions held during those calls.
Upon receiving leads, whether provided directly or originating from Zendesk, my process involves adding these leads to Follow Up Boss. This enables my client to effectively track and initiate communication with these leads through methods such as text messages,
Engaging in the process of responding to and extracting data from tickets received in Zendesk. Following the analysis of this data, I proceed to transfer the information into myclient's spreadsheet for further management and record-keeping. Supplying property comparable (comps) to leads seeking more information about a property's details and delivering these comps to them in the form of a PDF file.
