I'm Anthony Jerico Magpantay, I'm a Service Delivery Ops Analyst (Team Lead) performing various support and ad hoc task, managing teams using in-house tools and dashboards for 3 years. I identify areas where associates would like to see improvement in management and program perspectives and provide assistance during calibration sessions with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and clarifications.

As a Platform Experience QA Associate:
I can help you with executing transactions and verifying data, as well as responding to requests for information. Additionally, I can produce standard correspondence using existing templates and adhere to client quality standards. I follow established policies, procedures, and methods, and participate in progress improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. I ensure the integrity and completeness of electronic files by proofreading and using other processes to validate them. Furthermore, I code data according to the client's specifications. Finally, I proofread the documents and, if allowed based on the project, make necessary edits.
