I've been work before to the BPO company here in the Philippines to the ATM products, and I always receive a call to my customers the problem of their ATM Card which is normal to be owner of ATM Card. sometimes they are upset but because of my Good Service to them, their upsetting feelings will be turn to gladness and satisfying. of course putting a Big Smile to their face.

When I was in my high school. my professor assigned me to lead my four classmates and we're going to create the Research and they gave us date to defend it to him. I've start to give a task each of my members and fortunately we're success and we did it to pass and defend that in front of our professors and other classmates

Most of my clients since I've enter to the BPO company are calling to us because of their problem to our product. but because I've been fully trained by my coach or Team Leader, I know the path how to solve their problem regarding to our product. for example; many of them are calling cause their ATM Card was not working, Me as a CSR starting to collect or gather some information to pull up their account and after that I'm forward to process their product and solve why isn't working.

I am now editing a video to my some customers, they ask me to create or edit a video for their school projects, some of them are for their work company. They provide the materials then they going to send it to me and I prepared my Editing Software tools which is VEGAS Pro, Cupcut.
