Hello. I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, a hardworking and driven employee with a passion for customer service. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and currently completing my Master's Degree in Public Administration.

I have 12 years of experience focusing on administrative and secretarial duties. I spent five years as an administrative  staff member at a government law firm, providing free legal Services to indigent clients. Following this, I served for another five years as an Information Officer at a public utility, serving my community. Additionally, I have worked as a Board Secretary and Technical Assistant, where I honed my secretarial and administrative skills, particularly in taking and transcribing minutes, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing financial reports, policies, memorandums, and correspondence.

Furthermore, I spent another two years assisting Upgrade to see actual infos , particularly in writing project proposals and improving manufacturing processes and product quality through compliance with regulatory standards. 

In my employment as a public servant, I have served different clients and I always give my best in providing them the quality and excellent service they deserve.
