I have been working as an Email Support Specialist for a small company that uses Shopify and Freskdesk for more than a year. I've developed an ability to deal with frustrated customers. Duties at my previous company are handling 150-250 tickets a day. I've managed many kinds of complaints and resolved them on time. Refunding Orders, Handling Returns/Exchanges, and Updating the tracking number of their orders.

For the past 7 years, I’ve been working as an IT support at different companies. I have a degree of BSIT from the University of Immaculate Conception. What really got me into the field is the interest in Technology more specifically in computers. I started off my career as a Support Specialist years ago with Logimine Asia Where I performed local support on local employees and online support to our clients, the support responsibilities consist of troubleshooting network hardware software issues in the local employees but mainly we support our Mining application too that consist of testing for errors and troubleshooting/debugging them with the help of our developers, also we use linux OS their and there are times we use virtual machine to use windows OS because some of our apps need windows OS to make it fully functional. After 6 years in Logimine, I tried to explore my opportunities and broaden my skill set and applied, in Conectys, a BPO company here in Davao, as an IT support Expert. My responsibilities here is to support every employee in the company, we use ticketing system OTRS and resolve their issues in a timely manner due to SLA time window, I have experienced here using ms365, msAzure, active directory and many more, not only we support local filipino employees but we also support international employees since Conectys has many branches in different countries. ALso we cater onsite client visits prioritizing to support them. Throughout my career, I’ve also received small achievements in the companies I work with. For example, when I was working at Logimine, I fixed a crucial system error on one of our projects where the client was waiting for a solution and I fixed it in a timely manner with a lot of research using the internet and received a bonus. Same in conectys I got the best NPS (net promoter score) score and received a bonus for that.
