• Doing an outbound calls to discuss the customer's product needed for their
business.
• Performs real time and/or historical technical and sales call monitoring.
• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track
performance at team and individual levels.
• Responsible for preparation, analysis, and timely completion and submission of
internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
• Participates in internal and client calibration sessions.
• Participates in the weekly and monthly quality review with Quality and Operation
team leaders.
• Coaching agents for their opportunities to improve their performance.
• Participates in QA talks for new hire and tenured agents
