Profile Description

I'm currently a fulltime customer service representative at a company here in the Philippines, I handle Healthcare account. My duties there are Handing Customer Inquiry like Tracking the Order , Status of the payment , assistance for their benefits and also processing their order or payment. I'm also a freelance layout artist when im not at work i spend time finding a client that want me to layout their Throphy, Magazines, Invitations and more, I also handle creating quotation to their Clients.
