I have been using facebook for a decade now, and as time goes by I learn more about how FB page can be useful in business, where I can use it to advertise my physical store to expand its visibility to the local Market. I am also proficient in creating Reel videos and stories. I have been using Youtube as well for more than 5 years now and honestly I've had a youtube Channel before but since I got so busy at work before, I was not able to manage it well but the experience is priceless.

My experience in data entry has been fantastic. I acquired proficiency in inputting data using Google Sheets and MS Excel for my own business. I am responsible for my own Reminder Notes for Customers.

I have been editing pictures in Canva for more than 6 months now, I use it for my own food business. I am confident that I can be a great graphic designer.

I just started using google calendar this year 2024 for my business so I know how it works.

I was responsible in email corresponding from my previous job so I learned how to compose emails, pin important emails, and most especially how to archive the confidential emails that shouldn't be cascaded to the team. I was also the one organizing it from Important to Not so Important and prioritize urgent and setting aside other unimportant Emails. Even up to these days, I am still using it on my own business.
