My job was helping customers,with the warranty of their devices, as well as guiding them or teaching them about the functions and feature of their Mobile phones,I stayed in the company for 1 year and 5 months.The second BPO company would be EGS or Expert Global Solutions I was a Collection Agent for a phone company handling bills, payment, Inquiry
my job was secure payment, via check credit card
stayed in the company for 2 years.The third company would be Sitel Philipines the account i was given was LG Canada my job was to answer inquiries about cx appliances i also handle warranty claim as well as chat support. I am very good at handling phone calls and I can speak English fluently,I am as well a team player and
