Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant/ Paralegal

My experiences as a drafter, an ESL teacher and a law student helped me appreciate the ability to spot the necessary details needed to make my work done. A single mistake in punctuation can be hugely detrimental to my client, and I am willing to put extra measures to make sure that mistakes can be minimized or eliminated. However, mistakes can still be left unchecked even before a very meticulous eye. This is the reason why I am always open for corrections and feedbacks from my reviewers and higher-ups.

My six-year ESL teacher experience made me realize that teaching is one of the best ways to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in a specific subject. I am confident that I can clearly express my thoughts both in speaking and in writing, and use this skill to communicate with my colleagues socially and professionally.

My ability to manage my time well helps me finish my tasks before their respective deadlines without disregarding the quality of my work. Time management comes hand in hand with the ability to organize your assigned tasks, and I am equipped with these two important skills.
