can offer to their business or company, I can confidently say that I can offer you my personality you ask "why?" because I was raised to have a good one and one of my personality or traits is having a good relationship with other people and also my talkativeness and also, I have a way with people they tend to like talking to me. I enjoy talking to people, learning new stuff from them and that is why I'm not shy. People say I have a thick face well it's okay it actually helps me and them. Personality is what people based off when they meet you, if you're a good person they'll like you. I can confidently say I have one since I do have a good relationship with them. One reason also is I was taught that connections can really help you.
My top skills that I can offer is my ability to never give up until I finish a task, I am a good multitasker and I am very fluent in english since I was raised by cartoons. Kidding aside, I also had a english tutor when I was little. I can easily adapt to the work and I am also a fast learner. My dedication and commitment is something I am proud of, because once I commit there's no turning back I would really dedicate my time and effort to the job.
I worked at a BPO company for 1 and a half year with a customer support account which requires a lot of patience, being fluent in english and also you should be very friendly. I used to work with the account Door Dash, helping riders with their cancelled orders and also helping customers with their refunds. It was an inbound call, so for me I learned a alot about communicating properly, helping and also multitasking.
I also worked with a Trucking/ Logistics Business here in Davao City. I was assigned to make appointments, services and negotiating with the transactions so I am really used to talking and dealing with people. It lasted about almost 19 months and when I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at a BPO company.
I know people say this, but I sincerely am willing to take a risk, learn more new things and discover oportunities are in this world.
