I started my social media management journey as an intern for a Fashion Thrift Store, where I handled a facebook page, helped design graphic advertisements, track orders, customer support. With my 2 years of experience, I gained my social media skills the hard way. Now, Content creation, social media strategies, SEO, IG feed planning, community engagement is my area of expertise. I successfully managed to helped Health and Fitness coaches, Wedding makeup artist, Spa & salon, Cafe & restaurant boost their online presence.

I am a graphic designer who embarked on my creative journey in 2020. Since then, I have had the privilege of working on various design projects, with a particular focus on logo design and brand labels for food products. Throughout my design journey, I have utilize Canva Premiuem features to bring my creative vision to life. Whether it's designing packaging for foods, creating promotional materials, or developing branding assets. I have embraced each project with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

This job was included in my responsibilities as a previous Customer Service Representative, and an Admin assistant where it involves managing received information, inputting and updating in the data system. It's a crucial task that should be maintained up to date and should be organized to ensure the smooth operation of Business.

As a content video editor, I successfully worked with a Cafe business in Australia, and a Wedding makeup artist based in Portugal. From raw resources, I managed to create appealing and engaging reels/video and used trending music to attract audiences attention. With my skills in SEO, I managed to use trending and relevant hashtags to pair with the content. It successfully reached wide audience and gain more loyal followers.

I worked as a Customer Service representative for enriching 2 years in booking.com where I provided assistance on travel and hotel reservation-related concerns of guests. I helped them with relocation, refund, modification, and compensation for inconvenient situations. I attended seminars and trainings about empathetic approaches, where I managed to apply my understanding when assisting customers via cold emails, chats, and cold calls.
