Job responsibilities
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Prepares monthly Balance Sheet and P/L reports.
-Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Supports and assists Department head in the completion of the monthly financial close process.
- Supports auditor requests and queries.
- Petty cash custodian
- Prepares monthly check inventory.
- Prepares monthly schedule of Intercompany transactions.
- Prepares weekly Cash Position Report
- Reconciliation of Intercompany transactions.
Monthly reconciliation of employees advances.
Cash Disbursement:
-Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
-Prepares Check vouchers/check printing and endorsing it to appropriate signatories.
