I've been with Customer Service for about 2 years and 8 months and 3 months for Technical Support. I handled Voice for customer service and tech support, I also handled chat and voice for financial account. When I was in Financial account chat support I have the opportunity to handle a team and become a Team Leader or in other term supervisor. I studied and have certificate for Virtual Assistant Social Media Marketing/Management.
