Hi, I’m Upgrade to see actual info , and I'd been in the BPO for more than 6 years handling different accounts and had experience working with Big Company. I am a self-directed learner with experience using Shopify., particularly in customer support and financial services. In my previous roles, I’ve assisted customers with everything from order tracking and managing refunds to resolving payment disputes and technical issues with sellers and buyers accounts. Also, greatly providing assistance in Retirement Plan Saving like 401k, 403b and Roth IRA. I’ve developed strong analytical skills,  problem-solving skills by handling complex customer inquiries, such as refund disputes and CIP verification,while ensuring the best possible customer experience. I’m good at analyzing situations, making informed decisions, and providing clear solutions.Through self-motivated expertise, I’ve learned tools like Shopify, alongside various project management platforms, CRM systems,  AI tools, Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.What is the best thing of my job?I make a difference in their lives, even with just a few minutes of talking to them.
