I graduated with a four-year degree course in Human Resource Development Management. I finished College with a flying color, I am proud of this, not because of the praises or recognition but because of those goals achieved during college life.
I began working in the BPO Industry when I was in 4th year of college to pay my bills. Fortunately, sacrifices and hard work have finally paid off.
It isn't easy to work for a BPO. It will lead you to acquire new knowledge and place you in a predicament where you must choose whether to stay or go. Change is unavoidable and occurs constantly. I've worked for more than two years, during which time I learned how to operate in a fast-paced workplace with no emotional ties to anyone. All you need to do is put in the effort and be open to change. Changes that enabled me to stand by my judgment and shine like a star more brightly and boldly. I began working on my personal development and gained independence.
I am a highly motivated person. I mostly dealt with the emotional aspects and I
know it could help me sustain my goals and vision for my plans.
I usually worked independently and relied on the knowledge that I had. I sought help if needed, but as much as possible I kept things work and figured it out. I am always open for feedback as my mentor for better opportunities ahead of me,
