Profile Description

A summary of my experience between customer support, sales, and claims for the past 3 years with different types of campaigns. To name a few. Logistics, Financial, Sales, and most recently in Real Estate as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter. So I'm very familiar on how customer service works there in the US. I've been through companies who are using CSAT and Achieve to monitor KPIs to ensure quality and efficient engagement with customers. I am proficient with CRM tools like Zoho, Foreclosure Academy, Podio, HubSpot, Calltools, and Zendesk. Dialers like Aircall, Dialpad, Grasshopper, Google Voice, Foreclosure Academy dialer, and timekeeping tools like HubStaff, Clockify, Time Doctor, Zoho Clique, and Homebased. So I do have an excellent grasp on how platforms work in terms of customer/client and prospect interactions.
