I am a graduate with BS in Psychology. I'm really good at sorting and organizing files. Since my academic years, I have mastered the art of listening to people ( as expected from the course that I graduated from) and knowing how to attract them and make it a business advantage to me and our family business. I am good at attending to customers through chat and taking care of their concerns. I have experience being an Amazon VA for 3 years. Aside from Amazon, I have also handled Facebook and Instagram as chat support and social media manager (Posting, commenting, and replying to customers). I have experience with product/supplier sourcing via Alibaba and product sourcing. My strengths are (1) being dedicated to my work, (2) being a positive thinker, (3) adaptable, and (4) always seeking improvement. My only weakness is that I quickly lose my confidence. But that does not hinder me from working hard and improving myself. On top of all, I am very honest and loyal.
