• Assists the brand team in the logistical panning and implementation of public events. This includes assistance in budget preparation, third party agency coordination and actual execution.
• Submits a full written report within one week of an executed program but immediately provides feedback to the brand team and other concerned departments in the company.
• Ensures the events proper execution, monitors third party agencies and gathers consumer and trade feedback
• Regularly conducts trade checks and market visits to monitor the product distribution, correct merchandising, timely and proper implementation of programs and competitive activities. Submits findings immediately to the events and activation manager.
• Identifies business opportunities and threats observed during trade checks and market visits
• Goes on field work ( at least once a month)
• Studies competitor activities and submits a report immediately to the events activation manager
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be deemed necessary by the management.
