Property Manager/HR Specialist/Teacher/Bookkeeper

I began my professional career as an Accounts Receivable customer service representative. Then, I worked as a Finance Executive assistant for about twi (2) years. I prepare, generate, and present financial reports efficiently-- mostly if not always, with no errors.

I had various experiences as an admin assistant. I became an HRM assistant for about three (3) years, managing employees' salaries, leave credits, and other records. I also conducted preliminary and final interviews with potential candidates and assisted in the whole recruitment process until final onboarding.

In my five years as an online ESL teacher, I've catered to a diverse range of Chinese learners, spanning from 2-year-old beginners to adults in their 60s, teaching English at all proficiency levels. Alongside language instruction, I've also covered subjects like math and business, and provided exam preparation courses for PET and IELTS. My approach is tailored to each student's needs, utilizing interactive methods for young learners and focusing on practical communication skills for adults. Apart from 1v1 teaching, I've also facilitated group classes to encourage collaboration. Witnessing my students' progress has been immensely rewarding, and I'm committed to providing quality education to empower them to achieve their language and academic goals. Additionally, I quickly rose through the ranks in my company, being promoted to Master Teacher A within a year and then to Master Teacher B, the highest rank, within six months. I also served as a Club Captain, overseeing about 15 teachers, where I shared my best practices and knowledge to support their growth. Moreover, I had the opportunity to manage my own Accredited center in our town, where I recruited and trained around 20 teachers, assisting them with their teaching skills and ensuring every lesson was a rewarding experience for learners.

I have successfully onboarded and managed five (5) newly acquired Homeowners' Associations based in California. Each HOA has at least 50 residences (condos and subdivisions). Apart from managing the properties (while communicating and coordinating with various vendors and contractors) to resolve owners' and tenants' day-to-day concerns, I also organized and facilitated regular and emergency BOD meetings and prepared meeting minutes.
