• Assist the Manager/Team Leader in managing our cost centers' budget by preparing monthly actual spend reports, identifying variance drivers, and verifying the GL accounts and cost centers used in creating the purchase orders to ensure that expenses are recorded on the correct cost center and correct GL. • Advise the Manager/Team Leader on subsequent months' needed budget based on the reports I generated and data I maintain. • Prepare and send out accurate monthly billing statements of our client's tenants. • Review lease contracts with our client's Property Manager to ensure accurate and timely billings. • Attend meetings, and facilitate in some, with various departments, like corporate real estate, tax, finance, and accounting, to ensure our leasing related activities are in compliance with government mandates, PFRSs, and still in line with our client's financial goals. • Remind our client’s tenants to pay their invoices on or before the due date and prepare reports relating to our Collection Efficiency Ratio for the period, advise on how to improve it, and finalize and execute the action plans for improvement.
