I am a dedicated bookkeeper with more than 12 years of experience in the accounting field specializing in Accounts Payable and expense management in a corporate setting. I may not have virtual bookkeeping experienced ,however, I attended online Bookkeeping Course and gained knowledge on XERO and Quickbooks online.

I’m eager to assist you with your accounting needs, allowing you to conserve time, resources, and effort and concentrate on expanding your business. 

I offer the following services:

Bookkeeping Services include setting up and maintaining the company's account in XERO or QBO, chart of account customization, creation of bank accounts, uploading of documents, and bank categorization. 

Catch-up Bookkeeping includes recording financial transactions manually or by bank feeds, reconciliation of accounts by matching statements, processing of invoices, managing bills and payments, review and reconciliation of accounts, and adjusting entries if any. 

Clean-up and reconciliation include updating accounts, checking bank accounts, properly setting up credit cards and payment gateways, uploading invoices, bills & payments if needed, categorizing, reviewing and double-checking existing records, and verifying accuracy.

Accounts Payable Management includes end-to-end invoice processing, payment processing, vendor management, month-end close, process improvement, compliance, and reporting.

 Financial Reporting such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, AP and AR Aging Reports and other customized reporting.
