During my tenure as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative, I worked for 2 years in a Telco International Account. In this dual role, I had the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while also driving sales for telecommunications products and services. I effectively handled customer inquiries, resolved issues, and provided product recommendations to meet their needs. Additionally, I utilized my sales skills to upsell and cross-sell to customers, resulting in increased revenue for the Telco International Account. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and sales techniques, making me a valuable asset to any customer-centric organization.
Also, I have an experience as a Junior Microfinance Officer, for a period of 7 months. This role allowed me to develop a thorough understanding of the microfinance sector and its impact on individuals and communities. I was responsible for assisting in the assessment of loan applications, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to the development of financial literacy programs. This experience not only enhanced my knowledge of financial inclusion but also strengthened my communication and analytical skills. I am now equipped with a solid foundation in microfinance and eager to further contribute to the advancement of financial services for underserved populations.
