Profile Description

I have several years of experience in Logistics and Customer Service. I previously worked as a Recruiter for a CDL Truck Driver Recruitment company based in Florida for over a year. Prior to that, I worked as a Dispatch Manager for a carhauler trucking company based in Las Vegas NV. I dispatched for 5 hotshot trucks doing cross country. I spoke and negotiated rates with brokers, coordinated with drivers and customers, scheduling, addressing driver issues, dealt with fleet maintenance issues, trained and supervised other dispatchers and even did some accounting. Before that, I was a dispatch manager for 3 years for an online food delivery service based in Canada. I handled, trained and supervised 2 teams of dispatchers and customer service reps while also doing regular dispatcher work like coordinating with drivers, planning and assigning routes.

I have over 5 years office experience working in the BPO industry as both CS/Tech rep and in Quality Assurance before turning freelance. I am proficient in all areas of administrative work as well as sales, logistics management, lead generation, transcription and creating and compiling reports and spreadsheets.

Continuous work and fast-paced settings have taught me to be detail oriented and not to break under pressure.
