I specialize in personal and commercial insurance, such as Auto, Business Auto, Commercial Auto, HO4, HO5, HO6, Personal Umbrella, Commercial Umbrella, BOP, Workers Comp, and many others. I'm creating the prospect's account and adding their policy to QQ Catalyst also do renewals, Acord forms like COI, EOI, Cancellation, Acord forms like 125, 126, 140, 130, 137, loss runs, works in excel spreadsheet, endorsements, supplemental application forms, monthly/yearly renewals, and even downloading documents from the carrier website like Mercury, Travelers, Safeco, Nationwide, Progressive, Kemper, and many more. Another is to use Outlook to inform the insured if their policy has already been canceled or is about to be canceled. I'll send an invoice letter if they want to keep renewing or reinstate their insurance. I'm also familiar with AMS360 and Applied Epic, but our primary tool is QQ Catalyst.
