Profile Description

I worked in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry for almost 4 years as a customer service. My first job was a Listener Care Representative in the retention department. My responsibility in this role is to respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and persuade our customers to remain with us and answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with phone-based inquiries.
This position has given me key employ-ability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.
I also worked at Author Solutions Inc. for 1 year and four months as sales representative or publishing consultant.
My primary role or responsibility is to work with new authors and explain of how we can assist them with all of their book publishing needs and to help them in achieving their publishing goals. This position helps me to become a person with a versatile skill-set, good with sales, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer.
I have been working remotely for more than two years now. I had an online teaching experience with 51 TALK and as a hustler from Al Mustaqeem Temporary Employment  and a sales developmental representative with Keeptruckin, where our main goal is to successfully set an appointment from a trucking business companies with our account executives who close the sales. With this job, I have earned trust from my employer and can do work with less supervision.
