Profile Description

Provide answering the customer through phone or email, answering inquiries like the account, and computer access. Email creation, filtering, and scheduling meetings. Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. MS Exchange Server Outlook Office365, Azure with email created and updated the profile. File sharing is for active directory running batch files of backup files or recovery. Managed firewall our Sophos same as SonicWall monitoring the capacity data to used or traffic to network.
It also allows for posting on social media platforms like Facebook Ads. For website automation, I leverage Wix, Canva, and Pinterest. To share documents and files, I utilize Google Drive. Calendy is my go-to tool for scheduling meetings. Finally, I use SIMMA accounting systems to update prices and billing for customers. I have an IT certification.
