Identifying and looking into any inconsistencies or variations in the records. adjusting the accounts as needed, such as recording interest and bank fees or fixing mistakes. Creating reconciliation reports that specify the disagreements and the steps that were done. Maintaining precise and current documentation of every reconciliation for future use and inspections.
