I bring with me over 10 years of experience in customer service. Along with it, are 2 years as a communication coach, and 5 years as a lead trainer.
In my line of work - aside from training and coaching - I create customer service training modules and huddle guides. So far, I have had proven results in customer satisfaction. I believe that communication and soft skills play a vital role for a business to succeed.
On top of these experiences, I am ambitious, driven, and hardworking. I firmly adhere to work ethics and can effectively interact with people across all levels.
