Profile Description

I'm a Billing and Technical support for mobiles, emails with almost 3 years of experience in providing services through phones(inbound calls), emails and chat. Specifically, with the United States email services known as AOL or American Online. I started as a call center representative for billing and gained my 1-year experience with this field and then I was transferred to billing chat still AOL where I also gained my skill in sales. I am a very hardworking person and while providing the quality service for the customers I helped through their emails doing basic troubleshooting and resolving billing disputes I also sell apps that will be suitable or in line with customer needs.
I also worked as a Retail Customer Representative for one of the biggest shopping centers in the United States and that is for Upgrade to see actual info. With this, I dealt with different types of people, help them to do shopping over the phone with convenient and efficient Upgrade to see actual infoom which I handle refunds, returns and placing of order. I also worked as a Telstra representative one of the biggest networks in Australia for mobiles.
